Key Responsibilities
* Sell Benetics to mid-market accounts and target specific geographical or vertical markets, aiming to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business and expanding existing accounts.
* Identify, target, and engage with construction contractors who can benefit from our software solution.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction of customers.
Requirements
* A proven ability to generate strong pipelines through cold calling and compelling messaging in a fast-paced environment (deal cycles approximately one month).
* Native fluency in German language skills.
* Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the construction space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
