This position focuses on ensuring timely planning and execution of supply strategies for clinical finished goods to patients.
Responsibilities
* Lead study supply efforts to ensure timely planning and execution of supply strategies.
* Provide input into clinical study protocols and understand study designs.
* Serve as the single point of contact for the integrated Clinical Trial team.
* Advise on optimal clinical trial supply strategies, including packaging design and risk management.
* Review clinical trial protocols and develop packaging and supply designs.
* Maintain accurate clinical supply demand aligned with protocol requirements.
* Finalize packaging designs and label strategies for all participating countries.
* Define clinical supply parameters and manage updates throughout trials.
* Develop and execute trial-level project plans.
* Identify and communicate supply risks with mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate on country submission and approval timelines for optimal supply strategy.
* Generate distribution plans for investigational medicinal products.
* Develop and execute resupply strategies to ensure compliance and continuity.
* Manage clinical trial budgets with key stakeholders.
* Contribute to the GCS subteam and ensure knowledge exchange.
