P&A Product Advisor for EMEA Region
We are looking for a P&A Product Advisor for the EMEA region. The role is based in any EMEA office and travel could get up to a maximum of 10% of the time. This is a 24-month full-time temporary role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accessory Product Management (45%)
Manage full accessory portfolio for on-road, off-road, and on-water Powersports vehicles.
o Build strong collaboration with global product teams to influence EMEA product needs and regulations.
o Coordinate with Service and Operations team ensuring support for all product-related topics and product system updates.
o Develop EMEA Accessory product portfolio of the future; build and evaluate business cases in collaboration with global product teams.
2. Accessory Go to Market Strategy (35%)
Work in close collaboration with business development coordinator PAA ensuring product knowledge support.
o Coordinate Retail environment definition for our networks in collaboration with network development team – define product insights to planogram – collaborate to ensure proper regional setup.
o Manage forecast planning of novelty and expensive accessory portfolio.
o Manage Focus Item List in strong collaboration with EMEA and global teams.
3. Accessory Training to Core Teams (20%)
Train Commercial and Marketing teams on product novelties.
o Ensure self-serving product training tools development.
o Develop tools that will help onboarding of new business partners.
Requirements:
* University or higher education degree or 5+ years of experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with technical commercial or product management background.
* Strong English skills; any other language is a plus.
* Good command of MS Office.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Analytical and process-driven.
* Good influencer to local and global teams.
* Aftermarket industry knowledge is not mandatory but a plus.
