Your Challenge
1. Manage application management of our SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud, focusing on SAP C4C Sales Cloud.
2. SUPPORT international implementation projects and day-to-day operations.
3. Define and implement interfaces to systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Self-Service Portal, Offering Tools, and e-Commerce platform in collaboration with involved application managers and developers.
4. Evaluate solution concepts for CRs in terms of feasibility, risks, and process/function standardization.
5. Specify and implement CRs, including technical specifications required by developers or for interfaces.
6. Customize the system, including documentation.
7. Train and transfer knowledge to key users and process owners.
Your Qualifications
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a similar field.
2. In-depth understanding of CRM application management.
3. Knowledge of SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud.
4. Preferred knowledge of SAP ERP, especially SAP SD and/or CS.
5. Willingness to travel, particularly during rollout projects, with reduced travel afterward.
6. Excellent team spirit and professional communication skills.
7. Collaborative team player with a strong focus on user needs.
8. Systematic thinker who effectively translates insights into actionable steps.
9. Fluent in English (spoken and written); German and other languages are advantageous.
