Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and analysing Paid Performance Marketing campaigns across different brands and products with a strong focus on SEM. They will work closely with marketing and business objectives using SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads and other Performance Marketing products and tools.
* IDentifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic at a given target
* Delivering performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders promoting new ideas and methods
* Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues, performing regular optimisation of marketing campaigns
* Optimising accounts to target, managing roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery
* Collaborating with the IT team on creating, managing and developing tools to automate bids, landing page optimisation, reporting
* Establishing new processes and improving existing campaigns with automation solutions
* Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching
* Adhering to Performance Marketing best practices at all times
* Developing product knowledge as tools/products evolve/change
Requirements
* 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a preferred focus on SEM
* Excel skills: interpreting and analysing large data sets from multiple sources
* Dynamism, analytical skills and a data-driven approach
* Able to leverage data to influence marketing decisions
* Experience managing large budgets for Paid Search campaigns
* Automated bidding (GoogleAds, SearchAds360, etc)
* Mysql, BigQuery
* A/B test tools
