The Role
As International Digital Media Specialist, you will develop and execute global digital media plans to enhance Longines brand visibility and reach target audiences effectively.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and align campaigns with the brand's marketing objectives.
Your main tasks include:
* Developing international media strategies in line with brand objectives and market trends
* Planning, executing, and monitoring digital media campaigns across social media, display advertising, and CTV platforms
* Coordinating with internal teams and markets on the visual planning of global digital media campaigns
* Tracking, monitoring, and optimising media campaign performance against KPIs, evaluating results, and adjusting strategy accordingly
* Producing bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and making strategic recommendations
* Collaborating with Longines international teams to coordinate global and local media campaigns
* Collaborating and coordinating with the marketing teams on creating advertising copy and developing digital assets for consistent and impactful messaging
* Managing relationships with agencies and third-party vendors supporting Longines paid marketing efforts
* Conducting market research and audience analysis to inform media planning decisions
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 5+ years of experience in digital media planning
* A proven track record of successful media campaigns for luxury or prestige brands
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data with a good understanding of KPIs and metrics
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative media solutions
* Proficiency in media planning tools and software
* Experience in managing paid media budgets on a global level
* An extensive knowledge and understanding of technology and digital trends
* A team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turnarounds

Languages
