Your tasks
1. Provide active support by identifying, participating or leading in problem solving activities or initiatives in the Engine maintenance process
2. Lead technical failure investigations and root cause analysis
3. Provide technical assistance for engine maintenance and piece part repair organization under consideration of commercial and economical aspects within the boundaries of the aviation requirements according to EASA Part 145 and SR Technics quality requirements
4. Assess and incorporate OEM tech data and customer special requirements into work procedures to achieve product improvements in terms of safety, quality, delivery and costs
5. Interact with OEM’s and vendors to improve repairability and reliability of engine parts and components
6. Act as interface between internal customers and the Engine manufactures
7. Attend product conferences with the Engine- manufacturers and operators
8. Define and improve the technical standard and maintenance concept of the CFM56 / PW4000 engines and engine components
9. Prepare reliability analysis and continuously update and improve the Engine Maintenance Program
Your profile
10. University or FH (Master/Bachelor), HF
11. Experience in Aviation/Engine MRO and/or Manufacturing environment is an advantage
12. Proficiency in English (Level C1) and German (Level B2)
