We are looking for an LV Jointing Supervisor in our Utilities business based in Liverpool responsible for the day-to-day delivery of out LV Jointing work streams.
As the LV Jointing Supervisor, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the project is planned, managed, financially controlled and all stakeholders are involved, communicated with, progress is evaluated, changes are implemented, and reports submitted as the needs of the project require.
An integral part of the role will be to manage a team delivering on existing framework contracts for various DNO and private clients.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability Reporting to a Contracts Manager, but with significant on site responsibilities, these opportunities will require you to be:
Working as part of the management team to achieve the overall objectives of the Profit Centre and Business Unit by driving high standards of safety, work and continuous improvement in process and quality of operations
Effective management of all operational requirements and programming to ensure best practice and continuity including responsibility of operational resource levels
Ensure compliance with all Company Policies. Particular attention is drawn to the requirement to manage operational delivery in accordance with the Companies Safety Rules
Develop relationships with existing clients
Improve efficiency to increase project performance and profitability
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes LV experience would be preferred
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion and interest in serving customers and exceeding expectations
Interpersonal skills at all organisational levels, with the ability to motivate people and engender a culture of team working to achieve the aims of the business
