Responsibilities
* Receive mentorship and training on becoming a successful insurance producer. Learn about advanced sales strategies, market research, and the ins and outs of running a brokerage.
* Understand clients' needs through consultations and recommend policies that suit their unique circumstances.
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial and insurance requirements, and recommend appropriate products that protect their assets and future.
* Ensure consistent communication with clients to address any updates, policy changes, or additional needs, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their insurance and financial needs, and providing personalized solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Legal U.S. resident, citizen, and hold a valid SSN.
* A soft background check is required.

* 100% Performance-Based - with the ability to earn passive income with our agency-building model.
* Earnings Potential: Commission income has no ceiling, ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 per client or more.
* Residual Income: Earn residual income on annual client contract anniversaries.
* Passive Income: Build a passive income base through agency development.
* Ownership: Gain equity assets and full business ownership.
* Bonuses: Eligibility for additional bonuses.
