Context
On behalf of our client, Akkodis is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Analyst - PeopleSoft to join their delivery team. The client has undertaken a SAFe Agile transformation in 2024, establishing several product lines, including the RMOS (Resource Management and Operational Steering) product line.
The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing workflows, improving processes, and driving business value within the FINANCE product team.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FINANCE product initiatives.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications, guiding solution design and implementation.
* Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution development, and stakeholder alignment.
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy FINANCE solutions.
* Act as a subject matter expert in FINANCE and PeopleSoft, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and the product team.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant specializing in finance and accounting processes.
* Proven track record of successful financial system implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
* Advanced functional expertise in at least two PeopleSoft modules, such as:
o Accounts Receivable
o Lease Administration
o Project Costing
* Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions and UX design concepts.
* Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making.
* Familiarity with SAFe / Agile environments is a strong asset.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
* Proven problem-solving abilities focused on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
