Job Title
A senior IT project manager is required to lead multiple global and local IT infrastructure projects.
* Manage simultaneous projects with competing priorities, ensuring effective dependency management.
* Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Lead internal and external project team members in IT infrastructure operations and security.
* Present to management teams and ensure stakeholder management.
* Establish a robust project governance structure, defining scope and objectives with the project sponsor, steering committee or Business Owner.
* Identify stakeholders, proactively manage relationships and ensure customer needs are met.
* Prepare and execute communication and change management plans.
* Create project schedules and track deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones.
* Report project scope, schedule, cost and resources, as well as project risks, issues, action items and dependencies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of project management experience, including coaching and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
* Fluency in English and German (C1 level or higher).
* Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
* Technical understanding of IT networks, server technologies and Windows server.
* Strong analytical capabilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
* Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or healthcare industries and knowledge of Computerized System Validation.
Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory.
* Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
* Experience in designing, documenting and testing IT disaster recovery plans.
* IT infrastructure operations experience.
