We are currently searching for a team player VIE, highly motivated and detail-oriented digital customer experience (CX) enthusiast to join our CX team in a constantly evolving environment that offers exciting opportunities for growth, innovation and collaboration.
Within the team, you will work closely with our experienced CX program manager to learn the ins and outs of managing customer experience (CX), actively contribute and manage projects in this dynamic environment.
Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of CX digital projects
Contribute to the implementation of content updates to the ST’s web ecosystem
Help with the management of projects timelines and deliveries
Help to identify and mitigate projects risks
Support the creation of projects documentation and presentations
Contribute to the quality check of produced digital web pages
Analyze digital performance data and use it to make informed recommendations.
Guide and support cross-functional teams and business owners to deliver towards agreed plans (including but not limited to UX, product, content)
Profile Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1). French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese are a plus.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management tools (such as gantt, smartsheet)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools (word, excel, powerpoint) with the capability of creating appealing and compelling presentations.
Strong understanding of customer experience principles
Experience in digital marketing, or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
