Graduate Program (GDP) in Supply Chain processes, Procurement and Planning
Our Graduate program aims to develop the professional knowledge of graduates through a learning and practical journey at UCB, where graduates can collaborate with diverse teams such as the Allergy, Neurology, and Immunology Product Streams and be part of our Graduate Community.
This position is a great opportunity for young graduates to start their career in the pharmaceutical & biotechnology manufacturing field and shape their professional journey in this scientific environment that could lead to an exciting future at UCB.
Two graduate journeys are never the same… and this one is a particularly exciting one! Here is what we have imagined for you:
1. A unique 18-month program (2 missions of 9 months each) in our manufacturing site in Bulle, Switzerland.
2. Discovery of 2 different teams within the Supply Chain department:
3. Procurement: order consumable materials for production plants and the analysis laboratory, ensure follow-up of suppliers and orders, consolidate back-up solutions with the various internal interlocutors such as global procurement, quality, producers, and external partners such as suppliers, work on improvement projects.
4. Planning: understand the scheduling of production lines with schedulers, ensure the follow-up of productions with the schedulers, ensure the follow-up of planning volumes and planning scenarios with the Team Leader planning, consolidate Supply Chain Planning key indicators, work on improvement projects.
5. Opportunity to impact different types of manufacturing processes (Allergy, Neurology & Immunology).

Educational Background:
* Recently graduated in supply chain, business administration, or related fields.
* Possesses a good understanding of computerized tools, procurement & planning.
* Effective communication and project management skills.
* Excellent French and English (both orally and in writing).
