Job Summary:
For technical customer consulting, quotation preparation, and order processing.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Providing technical advice over the phone regarding our products and spare parts.
Preparing quotations in SAP and processing orders.
Configuring products according to customer specifications using our internal selection tools.
Developing special solutions in collaboration with our manufacturing plants.
Following up on quotations.
Your Profile:
Completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic, automotive, electrical engineering, etc.).
Further commercial training, preferably as a technical salesperson.
Experience in the selection of pumps, valves, or spare parts is an advantage.
Excellent German skills, both written and spoken.
French and English skills are a great advantage.
SAP experience is beneficial.
Willingness to expand technical knowledge.
High level of self-responsibility.
