IT Support Technician Level 1-2

Responsibilities:
1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
4. Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
5. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in IT support roles (Level 1-2).
2. Strong knowledge of Windows.
3. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic server administration.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Minimum B2 level in German.
6. Strong communication skills in English and German.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
