The Test Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing testing activities within the organization. The role ensures that all products and software solutions meet established quality standards before going live.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement testing strategies for projects based on the overall test strategy.
Coordinate testing efforts with business teams, business analysts, and providers.
Identify, diagnose, and track issues and defects using bug tracking tools.
Provide regular reports on testing progress, results, and encountered issues.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality and stability of applications and systems.
Participate in project review meetings and propose continuous improvements to testing processes.
Participate in the creation of automated test scripts.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role, preferably in a private banking environment with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA, HPQC).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Additional Assets
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Familiarity with the Avaloq core banking system.
Residence in Switzerland is preferred.
