We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to provide best-in-class onboarding and enablement support for a remote sales organization.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, we are developing our sales enablement program to ensure our sales teams possess the skills, knowledge, and process to shorten ramp time and increase productivity for all client support roles. In this role you will support the team to ensure sales goals are met by creating onboarding and ongoing enablement content as we scale. This role will be responsible for coordinating enablement and creating sales content for the field teams.
Responsibilities:
* Support onboarding program to make the CeriFi client organization world-class. Ramp quota carrying sales members effectively to hit their quota.
* Partner with SME’s and develop programs for ongoing enablement and learning for products, sales process, tool kits, industry overview, sales pitch, product knowledge certification and buyer personas.
* Identify content gaps and organize content with a content map for the company.
* Tie ramp to hiring profile to ensure that we are hiring the right sales profiles.
* Support all revenue roles (BDRs, ISRs, AEs, Ams, Channel & Sales Leadership).
* Partner with Revenue Operations and Human Resources for ongoing sales development workshops.
* Analyze and recommend enablement solutions that align with organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes that focus on the learners' progress.
Requirements:
* At least 5+ years combined sales and sales enablement experience with enterprise SaaS companies direct and channel sales motions.
* Demonstrates experience and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and Product to create a culture of alignment.
* Experience building onboarding and enablement plans in a successful, high-growth environment.
* Consistent and provable history of content creation with specific examples.
* Experience building out competitive programs, personas, and customer references.
