We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our company's HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HubSpot across marketing, sales, and service hubs, driving efficiency and maximizing the platform's potential.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, implementing best practices, and supporting our teams in achieving their goals. As the CRM administrator, you will work across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations with the CRM.
Responsibilities
* HubSpot Administration & Maintenance: Configure and manage HubSpot settings, workflows, automation, and integrations.
* Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization.
* Create and manage users, permissions, and roles within HubSpot.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot.
* Workflow & Automation Development: Design, build, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and service processes.
* Develop and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
* Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and other HubSpot assets.
* Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on HubSpot performance.
* Training & Support: Provide training and support to users on HubSpot best practices and functionalities.
* Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes and procedures.
* Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries.
* Integration Management: Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, other marketing platforms).
* Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between integrated platforms.
* Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features.
* Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
* Proven experience in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
* Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles.
* Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot's various tools and features.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with API integrations and data management.
* HubSpot certifications are a large plus.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
* HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Hub Software Certification, HubSpot Service Hub Software Certification).
* Experience with Ring Central.
