Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects – ranging across the whole group, to individual departments and functions within the business.
* Support the acquisition integration process starting with due diligence process all the way through to a full business integration.
* Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring appropriate pre-meeting preparation (agenda/updated notes), conducting meetings with recorded notes and succinct post-meeting follow-up on notes and action updates.
* Prepare detailed project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and other documents, cost tracking.
* Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, acting as a point of escalation if there are concerns around timeframe, budget or effort.
* Work closely with a variety of internal departments as well as third parties.
* Provide detailed reporting for project sponsors.
* Build strong relationships across the group with different department heads and key individuals.
