Product Marketing & Automation Manager

Role Overview:
As the Product Marketing & Automation Manager, you will play a dual role in driving product visibility and managing marketing automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns, gather customer insights, optimize lead management and nurturing workflows, and crucially support the implementation of our commercial roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine positioning and identify differentiation opportunities, and gather Go-to-market intelligence.
2. Product Messaging: Craft clear, compelling messaging that highlights the product's unique value and meets customer needs.
3. Storytelling and Brand Positioning: Translate Starmind’s value into engaging sales assets, case studies, and whitepapers, and support the company’s overarching positioning.
4. Content Creation: Develop and publish various content pieces (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, how-to articles) in English and German.
5. Sales Enablement: Develop product-focused sales collateral, such as presentations, one-pagers, and FAQs, to support the sales team.
6. Campaign Development: Design and execute automated marketing campaigns (e.g., email, nurture programs) to drive engagement and conversions.
7. Data Insights: Provide product performance insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions by working with our product team.
8. Customer Feedback Utilization: Use feedback and win/loss analysis to inform product development and enhance user personas.
9. Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Account Directors, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging, share insights, and support product launches.
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of experience in marketing and product marketing.
2. 2+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in tech.
3. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a recognized institution.
4. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs.
5. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Typeform, Figma).
6. Strong analytical skills and experience reporting KPIs.
7. Excellent project management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
8. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
