We are looking for an Assistant to the CTO to strengthen our dynamic, international team and ensure seamless processes at the intersection of technology and operations.
YOUR MISSION
As the Assistant to the CTO, you will provide effective support in day-to-day operations and contribute to the optimal coordination of our workflows.
Your key responsibilities:
Interface with Accounting:
Coordinate between accounting and operational departments.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and reports.
Supply Chain Focus:
Monitor and optimise supply chain processes.
Procure and manage materials and resources.
Communication Malawi/Switzerland:
Facilitate collaboration between teams in Malawi and Switzerland.
Organise international projects and deliveries.
Office Management:
Ensure a well-organised and tidy office environment.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers.
WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements:
Completed education or degree in a relevant field.
Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
High level of responsibility and initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and modern organisational and communication tools.
Interest in technology and innovation.
