Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management: Helps manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager, offering guidance and support. This includes coaching and training the team to set them up for success.
2. Sales Management: Supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, analyzes data, and develops strategies to boost sales.
3. Customer Interaction: Interacts with customers to assist them and ensure their satisfaction.
4. Operational Excellence: Supports the Store Manager in managing operations, stock, and resources efficiently.
5. Brand Knowledge: Has an excellent understanding of the brand, its values, and how it influences customer experience.

Professional Requirements:
1. Education as a salesperson in retail and/or education as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
2. Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as assistant store manager.
3. Customer-oriented and friendly.
4. Initiative and commitment to representing the brand.
5. Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
