A luxury brand based in Geneva is looking for its Head of Retail Excellence, reporting to the International Sales Director. The Head of Retail Excellence will manage the network operations, elevate the Client experience while monitoring and boosting the retail performance. Responsibilities: Define and implement the strategy of the brand in the Retail network Ensure seamless store operations Develop and implement globally internal best practices and tools to boost store efficiency and staff well-being Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with brand objectives and effective implementation Monitor, analyze and optimize Retail KPIs Identify trends, risks and opportunities to boost performance and enhance operational processes Ensure teams execute initiatives that maximize client engagement, satisfaction and retention Build, lead, develop and assess an HQ team (4 direct reports)Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitable growth Analyze store performance to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the luxury experience Desired profile: Education: Master’s degree in Business administration Strong HQ experience in Retail management is a must Experience in the Luxury industry is mandatory Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Exceptional leadership and team management skills Excellence- and results-driven Deep understanding of the global luxury market and consumer behavior Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Industries Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry
