THE OPPORTUNITY
The Client Success team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director, Client Success to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts. The Assistant Director, Client Success is responsible for independently managing a portfolio of medium to large-scale accounts with a gross margin (GM) ranging from $500K to $2M+. The role requires a strong focus on driving client satisfaction and revenue growth within existing industry verticals, including insurance, finance, pharma, digital, tech, luxury, and energy.
THE WORK
Account Management:
Independently manage a portfolio of medium to large-scale accounts with a GM ranging from $500K to $2M+.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Foster strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the Solutions team to secure new deals.
Team Management:
Oversee and regulate the sales tracking process for the team, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Manage and oversee administrative processes for the team, including but not limited to the use of CRM and Accelo.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team goals and objectives.
Business Development:
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategy.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industry verticals.
