We are seeking Customer Support Representatives to join TP Greece in collaboration with Pandora, the top jewelry designer and manufacturer.
Pandora jewelry enables everyday people to share facets of who they are and what matters to them. As a Customer Expert, you will be the one voicing these loves.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, cancellations and provide product recommendations
* As a brand ambassador, promote current offers and new products while maintaining knowledge of promotions
* Resolve account and billing issues, upsell orders, troubleshoot fraud orders, returns and other customer complaints according to policy
* Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
* Turn every customer into a satisfied customer
Requirements:
* Excellent command of German language
* Good knowledge of English
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
* Computer literacy and technical expertise
* Multitasking and strong interpersonal skills
* Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
* Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
* A positive and adventurous attitude
