Job Description Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team. Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Manage risk effectively, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance. The Successful Applicant At least 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business, either directly or indirectly via multi-family office Commercially-minded with a proven track record in client acquisition and fostering organic growth Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus Excellent command of English as the primary business language; proficiency in other languages a plus Some management experience will be beneficial for this role Banking experience, though not mandatory, is advantageous Location : Flexible location, with a willingness to travel to Zurich periodically.
