Job Title: Manufacturing Scientist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Scientist to join our team in Cressier. The successful candidate will lead technology transfer and support manufacturing process and products, while contributing to overall technical improvement.
Your Impact
* Contribute to technical transfer projects for establishing robust and compliant manufacturing processes and associated control strategy.
* Maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle.
* Author, review, and approve technical documents such as batch records, sampling plans, SOPs, risk assessments, study protocols, and technical reports.
* Provide first-line technical support to manufacturing in compliance with relevant instructions and quality requirements.
* Contribute to enhancing process understanding and identifying key sources of variability and root causes of product and process failures.
* Manage change review and implementation, risk assessments, quality investigations, impact assessment, and CAPAs in cross-functional teams.
* Plan and organize training for manufacturing personnel.
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or similar) or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the diagnostics field, which has enabled you to acquire the latest techniques in biology, biochemistry, and/or immunology and automation.
* Proven scientific and technical expertise in Diagnostic/Pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English, with French or German as mother tongue and basic knowledge of the other language.
