To support our strong growth, we are currently looking for a B2C Sales Manager.
As part of this newly created position, you will develop our network in the kitchen design, architecture, and interior design sectors. You will report directly to the Swiss Country Director.

YOUR MISSION
Acquisition and management of Kitchen Design, Architecture, and Interior Design Partners:
* Ensure lead generation and the creation of a network of key influencers in the kitchen design sector.
* Establish a network and collaboration with architects and kitchen dealers to acquire new projects.
Management of partnerships and collaborations to ensure optimal efficiency:
* Help leverage and expand existing partnerships.
* Train partners on our products and communicate the brand vision.
* Assist partners in maximizing their sales and enhancing customer service execution.
* Identify, manage, and coordinate relevant events, partnerships, trade shows, and points of sale.
Excellence in execution and service quality coordination:
* Ensure a high-end service offering, coordinating with all internal departments to guarantee the full satisfaction of our partners and end customers.
* Contribute to improving our capabilities for operational excellence.
YOUR PROFILE
* Sales experience and network in the architecture and kitchen design industry
* Experience in sales and brand representation with high added value
* Strong results-driven mindset and focus on customer satisfaction
* Affinity with technology, enabling you to inform and advise customers effectively
* Ideally both French and German at strong level (C1), good knowledge of English
* Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and comfortable engaging with people at all levels
* Fast learner, enjoys challenges
* Team player, but also capable of working independently
* Committed to environmental sustainability
* Passionate about design and architecture
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
