We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our business presence in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop brand presence by promoting and selling Baldan Group's aesthetic products and technologies.
* Identify new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers within the assigned territory.
* Foster relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company's footprint.
* Monitor after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B sales within the aesthetics industry.
* Experience in conducting in-person client visits or online demonstrations is beneficial.
* A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices, is desirable.
* Fluency in English and either French or German, both written and spoken, depending on the region.
* Self-motivation, a target-driven approach, and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Suitability for remote work and experience using tools like Mapsly and CRM platforms.
