Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026, with two locations: Neuburg (Germany) and Hinwil (Switzerland). Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.
Your Profile
* University degree in Engineering or Project Management
* Experience in F1 aerodynamic development processes
* Project management experience
* Strong communication skills, organized and problem-solving mindset
* Adaptability, proactiveness, and resiliency
* Team player
* Proficient in German or English and willing to learn the other language
Your Mission
* Coordinate aerodynamic development projects from CFD to wind tunnel testing
* Communicate priorities to stakeholders
* Ensure aero development teams deliver inputs on time with quality
* Liaise between Aero Development Group and Full-Scale departments
* Chair aerodynamic project planning meetings
* Attend Wind Tunnel Project Planning meetings
* Manage administration tasks of Aero Development Group
