Definition of the position: As a senior strategic leadership role for the group in the country you have ownership for the entire financial planning and operations within the country and you are expected to be a strong business partner to the country CEO, guide and influence decision-making leveraging the financial context and analytics.You have oversight on financial accounting & reporting, corporate regulatory requirement, tax, internal audit, legal & corporate secretarial responsibilities with complete ownership and accountability for the financial operations and responsibilities in the country.You have administrative oversight on the facilities and IT functions.You manage a team of 4 employees.You work in both Swiss subsidiaries, based in Buchs (AG) and in Cham (ZG).You report to the Swiss CEO, closely working with the global group finance management and you are a member of the executive committee in Switzerland. Key responsibilities: Manage the company’s financial planning & analysis and overall financial strategy, driving key group and local financial processes – like budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, controlling, etc.Drive effective risk-management for the company and support in driving financial metrics for the country.Ownership of all matters related to tax and legal.Responsible for compliance and internal audit for the country.Manage internal and external audits.Focus on people and culture for your team.Build strong relationship with group’s finance management and across business and functional management to help drive the Swiss strategy in alignment with the overall group strategy.As member of the executive committee in Switzerland, you drive the overall business strategy planning and execution for the country.
