What you can expect
- Lead the execution of our holiday product strategy, crafting unique and compelling experiences that resonate with current and future Hapimag members and drive loyalty.
- Develop and manage the program roadmap, ensuring on-me and within-budget delivery of strategic key initiatives.
- Provide regular, insightful program updates to the steering board and stakeholders, proactively managing risks and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across resort operations, real estate, product, technology, marketing and more, establishing clear communication and shared goals for seamless strategy implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track clear performance metrics, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Establish a collaborative environment for continuous improvement within the holiday product strategy, analyzing market trends and guest feedback. Share key insights to cross-functional teams and resorts and enable informed decision-making.
What you bring along
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field and diverse working experience in the hospitality operations.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-faceted programs, with expertise in planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and budget control within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving them towards shared goals.
- Strong analytical skills to navigate complex situations, identify roadblocks, and drive effective, data-driven solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in defining and tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and using insights to optimize program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring stream/project leads, empowering them to successfully plan, execute, and deliver initiatives through guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, expectations and trends within the hospitality industry, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Preferably experience with the design thinking methodology.
- Proficient English and German language skills.
