Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join a Private Banking division. This is a hybrid role combining both farmer (client relationship management) and hunter (business development) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (Hebrew is a plus) and possess a strong ability to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with existing high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.
Business Development: Identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and proactive market engagement.
Financial Advisory: Provide tailored investment advice, wealth management solutions, and financial planning based on clients' objectives and risk profiles.
Cross-Selling: Promote and offer a wide range of banking products, including investments, credit solutions, and estate planning, to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up to date with financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes to offer informed and strategic advice.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investment specialists, compliance, and credit analysts, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Profile:
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (Hebrew is a plus).
