Job Summary
As a Back Office Employee at MAG45, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of deliveries to our existing customers. This involves direct customer contact through handling sales orders and order management, as well as timely material availability by identifying purchasing needs and placing purchase orders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers
* Handle sales orders and perform order management tasks
* Identify purchasing needs and place purchase orders
* Proactively monitor and improve processes, reports, and performance within the department through project management
* Act as the first point of contact for escalations within the department
Requirements:
* College degree in a related field
* At least three years of relevant work experience
* Affinity with technology
* Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
* Attention to detail with an understanding of company-wide processes
* Availability for 40 hours per week and living within a reasonable commuting distance from Neuchatel, Switzerland
