Sr Manager - Digital Analytics & Insights
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sr Manager - Digital Analytics & Insights to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insights and analytics through three main areas of delivery:
1. Full Funnel Measurement Framework: Deliver a consistent and constant set of xbrand digital KPIs to monitor the health of the business and drive high-frequency diagnostics.
2. Drive Longitudinal Insights: Proactively define analysis agendas to identify digital commerce opportunities.
3. Work as a Product Development Gate: Support prioritization of product developments by impact estimation and post-release measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Full Funnel Measurement Framework
1. Create a strong stakeholders' network across brands to influence decision-making and prioritization of activities.
2. Set up funnel monitoring frameworks to effectively communicate and stimulate actions.
3. Actively work on analytics platforms and suites to blend internal and external data sources to create holistic views on performances.
4. Collaborate with the Digital Analytics implementation team to maximize site tagging for impactful measurement.
5. Identify cross-brand, business reporting, analytics, and data management that can bring efficiencies and return on investment across the EMEA digital business.
6. Establish weekly reviews with brand stakeholders to challenge full funnel KPI performance and push short-term corrective actions.
7. Forecast yearly financial outcomes.
Drive Longitudinal Insights
1. Understand end-to-end consumer journeys on shop and how to measure effectiveness to clearly identify opportunities for optimizing site conversion.
2. Partner with the testing team to be the data and analytics lead on eCommerce tests, accurately and methodically collecting and analyzing results to help drive decisions forward.
3. Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.
4. Leverage digital experience analytics suites and identify UX improvements.
5. Drive longitudinal analysis to understand journey optimization.
6. Support coordination of digital analytics vendors to maximize value extractions from analytics solutions.
Work as a Digital Products Development Analytics Gate
1. Support Digital products functions prioritizing development and continuous improvement roadmaps, evaluating impacts of planned items.
2. In collaboration with the data science and advanced analytics team, apply analytics methodologies to measure impact of implemented features, with obsession for incrementality.
3. Drive unbiased reporting and communication plans to report on impact.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, GTM, and digital experience analytics solutions (Contentsquare, Quantum Metrics, etc.).
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
* SQL and Python knowledge.
* Strong understanding of web marketing technologies and digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, affiliate programs, email marketing.
* Stakeholder management.
* Strong influencing skills and experience in managing a small team.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Organized, proactive, and timely in delivering results.
