As a Specialist Corporate Actions, you will work in the Banking Process Solutions BPS division and ensure efficient, error-free and daily processing of day-to-day business in accordance with SLA and process specifications. You will take responsibility for operational implementation, monitor processes, analyse key figures and support the management of the team.

* Controls/monitors and orders measures
* Deputises for the team leader
* Direct contact with internal and external customers, suppliers, etc.
* Specialist responsibility
Your skills
* Completed apprenticeship with specialised further training
* 3-5 years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally in a BPO environment
* Very good knowledge of banking processes (payment transactions or securities) and common banking applications
* Strong quality awareness, combined with a forward-looking and structured way of working
* Analytical and holistic thinking, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and a high level of professionalism
* Fluent in German, good skills in English and French is a big plus
