Description One of our more innovative clients is searching for a Data Specialist to act as curator for Large Language Models. While having access to state-of-the-art bioinformatics and biostatistics tools, you will gain toxicological insights from experts in the field, working in close collaboration with toxicologists and other scientists. Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scientific validity of toxicological data captured by large language models (LLMs) Cross-check data outputs against original sources, evaluate the reliability of AI-derived information, and contribute to the development of high-quality datasets to support drug safety and development efforts Review toxicological data output generated by LLMs and validate against original resources Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or ambiguities in AI-derived data Ensure consistency, completeness, and scientific accuracy of curated toxicological datasets Apply toxicological knowledge to evaluate data related to preclinical and clinical toxicities, mechanisms of toxicity, safety biomarkers, and risk assessments Provide feedback to enhance LLM performance based on identified gaps or inaccuracies in the extracted data Requirements: Master’s in Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Drug Development, Biotechnology Experience as Toxicological Data Curator with a background in Biology, Toxicology, Drug Development, or Veterinary Medicine Experience with data curation, annotation, or systematic review methodologies Understanding of machine learning, LLMs, or natural language processing (NLP) tools Experienced in synthesizing complex toxicological data and in presenting conclusions Skills: Prediction modelling Modelling Toxicological data LLM Large Language Model Data curation Natural language processing Machine learning Job Title: Data Specialist - Curator For LLM Location: Kaiseraugst, Switzerland Job Type: Contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
