As part of the Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation team, we are actively seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence lead and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring standardization, harmonization, and scalability. Your role will be instrumental in creating visibility to increase the proactive management of our business operations. Join us in shaping the future of supply chain excellence at adidas.
Key Accountabilities
1. Create scalable data visualizations, and effectively communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
2. Utilize SQL queries to identify relationships, causality across data to address critical management inquiries and increase business impact.
3. Lead the creation of business requirements and translate to technical and data needs for the Data Transformation team e.g. data points, architecture, and models.
4. Secure one version of truth by actively standardizing, harmonizing, and scaling reporting capabilities.
5. Ensure that all relevant metrics are timely developed, harmonized across markets and consistently documented to bring transparency.
6. Drive the deployment of the reporting capabilities, including conducting thorough validation processes and onboarding the Supply Chain reporting user community.
7. Continuously challenge the status quo by evaluating reporting capabilities ensuring reflection the updated or new business processes, defining areas of improvements.
8. Identify business opportunities and provide strategic inputs for optimizing supply chain performance by leveraging data analytics and intelligence.
9. Utilize implemented advanced analytics tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global Availability Management and market functions) to implement continuous improvement, nurturing a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within supply chain for seamless integration & onboarding of harmonized reporting and intelligence into decision-making.

Qualifications
25. Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment.
26. Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
27. Proven experience in business intelligence role with strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools (e.g. Power BI and Structured Query Language), and methodologies.
28. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
29. Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies.
