Our team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of data analysis resources in all aspects of design and delivery of information solutions. The needs of our clients are driven by global trends of financial consolidation, planning and reporting requirements. In order to reinforce our team, we are currently looking for Consultants with first experience in Digital Finance/Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence/Data analytics to support client engagement teams and to work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
Your key responsibilities
Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a young and dynamic team advising the CFO function of national and international clients in the areas of Corporate Transformation, Digital Finance, Enterprise Performance Management and Global Business Services.
Your main focus would be in our growing Enterprise Performance Management team that is typically involved in the following activities:
Support the execution of entity-wide transformation programs, from strategy development to operational implementation.
Shape the design Finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilities – specifically in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) area.
Enable the success of projects with state-of-the-art methods of project management.
Provide product trainings to clients and perform product demonstrations.
Contribute to advising the finance organization and specifically the FP&A areas on the digitization of finance processes - from strategy development, concept creation and process design to optimization and implementation.
Support the execution for software evaluation, implementation and consulting within the EPM practice as well as replacement strategy advisory for outdated legacy solutions.
Outline the impact of digitalization on Finance and the FP&A function and how digital technologies can be leveraged to deliver long-term value.
Work in an international team on cross-functional global business transformations.
Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate target operating models as well as governance structures.
Use the insight and experience of your daily consulting practice to continuously enhance/improve our consulting approaches/ways of working and support the publication of professional articles or presentations on conferences.
Actively participate in internal teaming and employee developments and engage in shaping our culture / Be part of the change and actively engage in shaping our culture and contribute to internal team developments.

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting within FP&A, EPM/CPM, Consolidation.
Experience in one of the following EPM/CPM solutions: SAP SAC/BPC/Group Reporting, CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, Board International, OneStream, Anaplan or similar software.
Experience with EPM/CPM solution architecture, data modelling and implementation.
Understanding in the area of digitalization of financial processes and applicable market leading tools and enablers.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Knowledge of ESG, BEPS Pillar 2 and IFRS16 regulations or CPA/CMA or related certifications is a plus.
Experience in project management and problem-solving skills.
High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Willingness to travel.
