Your Impact
As the Manager Creative Design & Branding at Speedgoat, you shape and evolve our corporate identity, ensuring it reflects our values, market strategies, and long-term goals.
In this role, you will craft a wide range of visual assets—from webpage templates to promotional videos—while maintaining consistency and excellence across all branding initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating impactful designs that resonate with audiences and drive business success.
Primary areas of ownership include:
Design Visual Assets: Innovate design templates for the webpage, marketing and sales campaigns, and internal and external documentation. Craft graphical designs and illustrations, shoot and edit photographs, and produce promotion and branding videos.
Evolve the Corporate Identity: Evolve our visual identity that strengthens key market messages, unique selling propositions, corporate values, and long-term strategies. Maintain the corporate identity guideline, including templates, color palettes, typography information, asset and media libraries, and logo usage instructions.
Ensure Consistent Usage: Ensure consistent usage across the organization and the partner network through trainings, up-to-date templates and asset libraries, approval processes, and the regular review of internal and external publications including visual designs.
Monitor and Adapt the Brand: Continuously assess the effectiveness of visual branding resonating with the audience and achieving business goals. Adapt and evolve the visual identity to stay relevant with industry trends, customer expectations, and market changes.
Protect the Brand: Monitor the use of brand assets internally and externally to prevent misuse or misrepresentation. Ensure that trademarks and copyrights are properly leveraged.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams and provide guidance and feedback to ensure all content aligns with the brand identity. Special focus lies on the collaboration with the Messaging and Copywriting Team to develop website designs supporting an ideal information flow.
Your Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the industrial B2B domain is a plus; high affinity for technology is a must.
Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
Branding Strategy: Proven track record in finding and implementing branding strategies.
High-Quality Visual Designs: Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality, engaging visuals and design concepts across various formats, including websites, videos, and other marketing materials.
Project Management Skills: Excellent project management abilities, capable of working independently, handling multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines.
Collaborative Skills: Strong team player with collaborative skills across teams.
