As Event Project Manager, you enhance our Maison's image, and you bolster our communication strategy. You achieve this by delivering exceptional experiences through projects such as events, trade shows, road shows, pop-ups, and exhibitions, as well as supporting our Markets.
Your commitment to uncompromising excellence and quality of service will ensure that these projects meet their ROI objectives.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Event Planning and Coordination
You manage major international event projects in line with our Maison's Communication strategy.
You develop and monitor the budget allocated to the various projects.
You coordinate event-related content with various departments.
You manage the full operations spectrum, including post-event summary, feedback synchronisation, and budget finalisation.
You coordinate with external agencies, ensuring fluid and constructive communication with partners, suppliers, HQ, and markets.
You support the team with other projects.
Communication Materials
You develop event materials and monitor their implementation.
You manage the supply, stock, and logistics.
Budgets
You ensure optimal use and synergy of HQ and Market resources.
You track calls for quotes and invoices from suppliers.
You perform budget projections, monitoring, and control.
Operations Evaluation
You conduct post-event analysis according to objectives and external impact (KPIs).
You evaluate return on investment, project management, and identify areas for improvement whilst proposing improvements for future projects.
Requirements
You are motivated by:
Gaining some experience in Project Management within Vacheron Constantin.

You have:
You are immediately available .
You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication (or similar).
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Event Management within a Maison or an agency.
You have solid knowledge in Project & Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Sponsoring, and Public Relations.
You are a highly organized and autonomous individual, with strong coordination skills and a proven ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
You have an analytical mindset and you are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
You speak fluently English and French.
