For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Adoption Manager (m/f/d) for Global Learning Solution.
Background:
The Develop & Empower our People (DeEP) workstream for Roche Diagnostics Service works on upskilling their people in Service to be prepared for the digital future and new ways of working. It drives partnerships with external organizations to develop new ideas and approaches together and ultimately enable the future of Service. Through collaboration, it leverages diverse perspectives and thus boosts innovation. To enable people to develop new skills and capabilities, the DeEP workstream needs to be closely connected to all parts and different roles in the Service organization across the globe.
The perfect candidate: possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling them to effectively convey information and ideas. Additionally, they have the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them in an engaging manner, capturing the attention of their audience. The candidate should have strong facilitation and training skills, allowing them to guide and educate others effectively. They also demonstrate strong organizational abilities, managing multiple tasks, topics, and stakeholder groups simultaneously with ease.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Highlighting available learning solutions for the Service community and promoting the desired culture and values.
2. Supporting the team with effectively communicating and promoting the objectives and outcomes of the learning solutions.
3. Managing the learner community (so far more than Service 1500 people worldwide).
4. Driving the learner and leadership engagement.
5. Keeping all employees in the Service organization informed through various communication channels such as G-site, newsletters, intranet, emails/memos, webcasts, and virtual as well as face-to-face presentations.
6. Facilitating virtual or face-to-face learning sessions.
7. Making sure that the communication materials are easily understood by the intended audience.
8. Measuring the effectiveness of the communication and learning engagement by using metrics.
9. Collaborating with other projects and across the Service organization to ensure consistent and cohesive communication to Service employees.
Must Haves:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or similar discipline.
2. Min. 5 years‘ work experience in Communication, preferably in an agile setup. Experience in a large organization with international exposure.
3. Experience with learning and training projects.
4. Skilled with digital creative and multimedia tools, e.g. Synthesia, Adobe Suite, Google Suite.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
6. Passionate, creative, and open-minded communicator.
7. Strong interest in people development and targeted communication.
8. Experience with agile ways of working.
9. Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
10. Team player with a strong desire to collaborate within a global network.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with „Articulate 360 rise“ application.
