Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include themunications,pliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation, Risk and Tax departments.
As a member of the Group Finance department, you will join the Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis unit, responsible for planning, budgeting and forecasting. You will manage a team of five, tasked with providing management accounting and analytics services to our various business lines. Your role will involve spearheading transformative initiatives to enhance time-to-market and streamline financial closing and reporting processes. Success in this role will hinge on your ability to lead and motivate a skilled and experienced team, coupled with the capacity to interact effectively with all business lines across the Group.
Your role
• Overseeing the monthly revenue forecasting and cost accounting processes, including indirect cost allocation.
• Designing and refining the Group's revenue and cost allocation model.
• Spearheading transformative initiatives to enhance the efficiency and relevance of the management accounting model.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of management reporting and analytics projects.
• Working with the Financial Planning & Analysis team on budget, forecast and cost control end-to-end processes.
• Working with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to enhance the understanding and usability of financial data.
Your profile
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or STEM.
• At least five years' experience in a similar role within a large multinationalpany, preferably a financial institution.
• Proven experience in leading transformation projects in the fields of profit forecasting, cost accounting, allocation and profitability analysis.
• Familiarity with financial consolidation, activity-based costing, cost accounting and controlling, and profitability calculation.
• Proven people management skills, ability to handleplex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver under time pressure.
• Strong analytical skills, a client-focused approach and readiness to embrace innovative work methods.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
