Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful design, development, and deployment of solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, aligning them with Salesforce best practices.
Oversee project timelines, scope, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.
Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce configuration, integration, and development.
Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvements.
Facilitate user training, adoption, and post-implementation support.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects, including end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Proven ability to successfully deliver Salesforce projects on schedule and within budget.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, PMP, or Scrum Master) are a plus.
Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
