* Ensure support on daily activities

Experience / Qualifications:
* Very good knowledge of Python and VBA
* Good knowledge of Java
* Good experience in Software Engineering
* Hands-on experience with 1st or 2nd level support of Business Critical Applications
* Fluent in French and English
