Job Sub Function: End-to-End Planning
MedTech Surgery, Inc, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director PMO Supply Chain MTST role. This role will be part of the Supply Chain PMO office supporting and coordinating all supply chain and network aspects of this transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive development and execution of the determined programs.
2. Provide oversight and orchestration (PMO) of the portfolio of Supply Chain projects as part of project Hit Next (Medtech Surgery Transformation program).
3. Ensure alignment with MD Supply Chain Transformation Program, ensuring overall business commitments achieved.
4. Demonstrate strong eye for business in assessing challenges and opportunities and setting strategic direction whilst maintaining clear focus on execution.
5. Work closely with MD Supply Chain Transformation Team, Global Commercial Marketing, R&D, Communications, HR and others to ensure effective organizational change.
6. Partner closely with EM&E, WCH and Biosurgery E2E Supply Chain organization to implement globally.
7. Provide program management, technical, and financial mentorship to platform DRI’s and execution teams.
8. Set targets and hold teams accountable to achieving results.
9. Ensure all projects and workstreams are timely and on budget by deploying robust governance, process controls, metrics, and communications.
10. Partner closely with finance on forecasting, forecast attainment and tracking.
11. Mentor and develop team members to ensure success and career development.
12. Regularly report and interact with Senior Leaders in multiple functions.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Science or related area of study preferred. Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
* Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional work experience.
* Experience in a business or technical role within the healthcare industry.
* Ability to adopt financial goals and use customer-focused decision making.
* Ability to lead teams successfully and drive alignment in a global environment.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Project Management Mastery.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international setting.
* Experience in building business strategies and driving strategy implementation.
* Proven ability to manage data with respect to project management and financial management.
Preferred:
* Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and/or Biologics experience.
* People management experience.
* Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification.
* Financial analytical experience.
Other: This position may require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel. This is a duration based position with an anticipated end date on or around December 2026.
