Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily trade processing, ensuring timely and accurate trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation.
* Manage trade lifecycle events, collaborating with front office, risk, and operations teams.
* Monitor and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
* Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
* Contribute to the development of operational processes and system efficiencies.
* Support new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Middle office experience in a financial services firm.
* Strong knowledge of financial products, including derivatives, equities, or fixed income.
* Familiarity with trade processing systems and reconciliation tools.
* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
