Sales Associate Position
The Sales Associate (SA) reports directly to the Store Manager (SM), Deputy Store Manager (DSM), or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) for all operational activities. They act as Brand Ambassadors and ensure customers' needs are constantly exceeded. The SA contributes to achieving store goals, productivity, and service by using selling skills and service training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contributes to achieving the sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.

1. Supports customer service efforts by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
Customer Interaction
1. Interacts with customers to assist them and ensure their satisfaction by building customer confidence, being proactive in offering suggestions, and sharing product knowledge.
Brand Knowledge
1. Has a good understanding of the brand, its values, and how it influences customer experience.
Product Presentation
1. Always maintains an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
2. Supports visual merchandising implementation and ensures it remains visually appealing.
Operational Excellence
1. Assists with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
2. Assists with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
3. Handles cash register and settlements.
4. Maintains a good understanding of store systems to handle transactions, inventory, and daily business.
5. Efficiently balances time between customer service and operational duties.

Qualifications
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast-moving goods/products or in the watch industry.

2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to understand and present technical details.
5. Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handling transactions.
