Serve as the primary contact for all ICT requests from users across various sites in Switzerland.Provide advice on optimal use of workstations, telephony (Teams Phone), and M365.Offer first and second-level support, involving external partners when necessary.Manage the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure for workstations, from onboarding to offboarding, including software, licenses, and access rights.Collaborate closely with support teams from other group entities.Actively participate in ICT projects.Completed training as an IT specialist (CFC, ES, or equivalent).Extensive knowledge of PCs, smartphones, Windows, printers, administration, and M365 applications. Familiarity with Teams Phone is a plus.Known for being open, communicative, customer- and service-oriented, enjoying daily interaction with users and diverse IT topics.Distinguished by autonomy, willingness to learn, assertiveness, and perseverance.Good linguistic skills to support users in French and German, with proficiency in English for international collaborations.
