What will you do 1st Level Support Technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.

Install and configure computer hardware and software
Provides answers to “clients” by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Improves client references and writing and maintaining documentation.
Operate devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, LinuxOS, WinOS, ServerOS).
Operate IT Infrastructure Systems (Active Directory, Printers, Exchange mailboxes, DNS, groups policies, VPN, network technologies and Backup).
Support other functions as IT policies implementation,onboarding/offboarding among others.
What do we expect High School Diploma or equivalent
At least +3 yeas of experience in a similar role
Confident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows,Linux and Mac OS ́s and mobile devices
Excellent English and German skills
Experience working in international environments is a plus
Ability to learn new skills quickly – for example, supporting new applications, or adopting new best practices.
